Kochi is a mischievous fun loving child and leader of the children's group among the APEX known as the trainees. The self annointed Little Brother of Rikona, he was found in a dark pokemon dimension the same time as Bryan. Designed and created to be a secret weapon against Bryan by the leading organization that controls the entire world Kochi was the child of a famed scientist who was genetically altered with pokemon DNA with the goal to create a countermeasure against Bryan's mastery of the Pokemon genome. But Kochi at his core is a child and didn't like having to fight, train and undergo training 24/7 and ran away.

Kochi is mainly an eevee but possesses the potential to access the entire attribute spectrum of all pokemon including forms that have never been seen before. He is also a trained warrior possessing knowledge of hand to hand combat and recently has begun learning swordsmanship from Rikona and Symbariyon.

Eeveelution

Kochi is unique in that he has been infused with the DNA of an Eevee from Pokemon X, designed as a counter to Bryan. However, unlike Bryan who can turn into different pokemon in body shape and attribute, Kochi simply can access the elemental aspects of all Pokemon types. Altering his body’s composition to become the embodiment of one of the 18 pokemon aspects. He’s also capable of developing strategies on the fly as well as being a near unbeatable martial artist. However, Kochi has recently become interested in the sword play displayed by Rikona and has gone under his tutelage. His skill with a sword is still very basic but he can hold his own.
