Meet the newest additions to my "rat pack", Elwyn & Talespin! Their original names were Milkyway and Crunch. They're sisters! Elwyn is the brown one, Talespin is the white with brown patches. I plan to (slowly) introduce them to my other female rat, Pip. She would love the company, she's been my only girl for a while now and rats are SO social. The person that gave them to us had been giving them cat food. I do NOT think that's the best thing to give rats, they should have food like seeds, grains and fruit as a treat. I mixed in some of the cat food with the food I normally feed my own rats, so they have what they're used to at first & can get used to the new food. Talespin feels a little thin.
