As said by Dickens:

"I have always thought of Christmas time, when it has come round ... as a good time: a kind, forgiving, charitable, pleasant time: the only time I know of, in the long calendar of the year, when men and women seem by one consent to open their shut-up hearts freely, and to think of people ... as if they really were fellow-passengers ... and not another race of creatures bound on other journeys"

Christmas is my favourite time of the year.
Here in Australia, it's the start of summer and most office workplaces shut down all the way from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day.
Everyone's in a good mood, taking long lunches, heading down to the beach, watching golden sun sets over sapphire waters.
And so I had to get a new artwork celebrating it.

I have to admit, this came out more... sultry than I originally imagined.
Like, I get that it's inherently suggestive, but I pictured her expression as more playful and silly than this
But my gosh, doesn't she just look beautiful
Like she's stepping out of my dream, the ghost of Christmas better-than-reality

 KoboldKurios really knocked it out of the park
I just asked for a coloured sketch and got this
She went far beyond expectations.

And be sure to pass on any good feelings this may inspire - for me, the "true spirit" of Christmas is generosity.
