I like to call her Borscht.
She was once the Princess of a desert kingdom known as Yggdrasalad. The Snakefolk lived in a giant tree that provided them with water; essentially a giant orasis in the hot sand.
Then, Rigel Runeslayer came and indoctorinated them into his Solar Empire.
Thankfully, the Snakefolk didn't suffer after the princess surrendered to the Lionman. She now serves as a dancer for his court in exchange for her people to be welcomed into his kingdom with open arms.
