Dex entry : No available data Subject reports:
Subject was Created by splicing the DNA of a Goodra, Vaporeon and a bit of a ditto, thanks to some splicing from the R&D department we were able to isolate specific vaporeon genes from evolution, no real signs of ditto traits have been observed at this time.
Reports noted the strange appearance at it's hatching to be like a Eevee with regular slime like secretions , it also seemed to have inherited the antenna like of the goodra evolution line, it's tail was also more curly and seemed to be covered by a thick layer of slime.
a Few more test revelaed a counple of it's abilities which will be explained further in the report
Subject was Rapidly evolved with a water stone, R&D previously thought it would require some leveling to to achieve evolution even with a water stone.
Upon closer inspection we noticed subject lost it's fur and inherited vaporeon's smooth skin that makes it Ideal for living in the sea. webbing in it's paws was also noted, along with it's ability to breath on land and underwater.
Observations were made that it was able to fully disappear underwater when it wanted to by allowing light to fully filter through it's body to become one with water, in cases like this subject was located by lowering probes and unleashing a sharp pulse of electricity to break it's ability, through some form it seemed to build up it's tolerance or resistance to the electrical current as it was noted that the Containment team would have to used a higher current than the previous time.
observations were shown that it could utilize slime like liquid at different viscosities, containment team also noticed slippery like kind of slime that made movement difficult and dramatically reduced move accuracy, another form of slime was extremely thick and seemed to slow down movement unlike the previous one this one was thick enough to restrict movement , previous form made it difficult to move without falling.
Subject was witnessed consuming it's rations of food in very odd manners, similar ability was seen when status moves were used against it. teams reported being affected with status conditions when touching the subject or when a staff member was hit with one of it's globs of slime, footage shown did reveal a odd color in them leading R&D to believe it was some how able to collect the status attack and isolate it on the surface of it's skin or restrict it in it in a glob of it's slime more studies will have to be concluded but as of now we have surrounded it's containment cell in a current of electricity with only a small circle of "safety" in case we need to step up the process we can also pump the room with anesthetic , subject can only hold it's breath for so long until it succumbs to it.
subject does seem to be able to note the difference between other subjects and partners of the staff , as it was observed to aid some pokemon underwater, it seems to be able to make temporary shelter or oxygen on demand.PMD information: Coming Soon Please Do not
