Not sure if this is the easiest way to change that, or the most common, but you could post a journal that offers 10 free pictures and in order to get one, you have to post a journal with a link to your journal on their account. Then go through all the replies and choose 10 winners. I have seen numerous variations, the fairest is "pick a number between 1 and ## and I will use a random number generator to pick a winner," kind of thing.
