And now, for those they played the visual novel: "All nighter", you may be aware that the main character, Gene, can pair with any of the other characters depending on your choices, right?
I did that with every single character, and to me, I ship Gene with Ren for many reasons, and one of them it's because Ren's bisexual, meaning he has interest in not only females, but males at the same time, which explains why Ren have a lot of thoughts about Gene.
Others may ship Gene with Omar, Carlos, Jae, Randall or Ethan, but to me, I go for the weasel boi Ren, in my opinion, he's the perfect chad for Gene.

It was a peaceful christmas evening, and a young couple watch the snow falling everywhere, while also watching the decorations that the neighbors place on their houses.
Gene: What a beautiful sight, isn't it, Ren?
Ren: It sure is, Gene, and more beautiful is watching all of this with you.
Gene: Yeah, which it's why this cute snowman of me you made outside, what a lovely detail of yours.
Ren: Well, Gene, being so cute, who can't resist? Merry Christmas, my lovely wolfy.
Gene: And a merry Christmas to you, weasel boy.
