I think I finally have his design finalized<3

I've never spent so long and so many drawings trying to pin down a character.

Real Name: Matthew Eldritch
Nationality : British (Born,raised and died in London)

Status in the Nexus : Soul seeker
Personality : Gentle , protective and experienced in the ways of the Nexus

Bio: Born as Matthew Eldritch he lived all his life in London during the victorian era.One night vandals trapped both him and his wife in their small cottage and burnt it to the ground.Both perished in the fire.With no seekers around to guide his soul ,it transformed into a 7 ft tall anthropomorphic lion.He looked around but he could not find his wife anywhere.Eventually he was found by a soul seeker named Lazarus who gave him the name of Griever,Griever refused to let go of his past for a long time and before entering the Nexus, took an old lantern with him - to remind him of the home and the soul mate he once had.It was this very lantern that was used to burn down the cottage and despite having no glass to protect it from wind, it refuses to go out.Griever never lets it out of his sight, and feels compelled to protect it at all costs.
