This is a sketch for
Dipper of her two characters called Lyric and Sebastian.
Lyric is blind, and Sebastian is mute, so they both communicate with each other through music.
This idea was hard to realise and especially because of my missing skills to draw instruments. I fought to get this nearly look like a Cello. So bear with me, I had no rulers. xD

They are best friends and Sebastian is an orphaned cellist while Lyric is a blind violinist.

You portrayed the emotion in this so flawlessly and it almost made me tear up...I really appreciate you hard work put into this.
Also, this is actually from a comic I am working on called "Stray Orchestra"
and if anyone is wondering the cello is the correct size. Sebastian is 13 years old so a cello would be large.
And you drew it very well! Only thing is missing is the tail spike but it doesnt need to be included really since it is detachable.
