Managed to create all the normal and texture maps for the various pieces of this model. ( There's a lot ) This is a quick render to test those maps to ensure I have them all setup right. Pain in the ass to get them all linked up and setup correctly btw. Discovered displacement mapping will give me the best results, but would take an eon to render. Thus, normal mapping it will have to be. Unfortunately, normal mapping doesn't look as good when using an HDRI lighting setup for some reason. Tends to dull the effect if you will. Looking into that one.
Took the opportunity to play with XSI a bit and generated some grass instead of a blank plane to stand on. In reality, it's Softimage's hair engine, but tweaked a bit can create some prety convincing grass as well :D
Teeth are still on the agenda. Rigging as well.
If anyone has an official color chart for Cynder please point me in that direction. Of all the images and screen shots I have, the colors vary
quite a bit.

You're probably right. I made the horns and grouped them to simplify things a bit, but once they were subdivided they moved on me. Had to re-adjust them slightly so they shrunk a bit. Will break them apart and treat them as separate objects. Will have more control over their size and placement that way.
Just noticed you've got Cynders tail going through her tailblade, it's supposed to end at the beginning of the metalic part, also the inside curve is supposed to come down a little further, past the base of her tail judging by the official pic Timmymonsta linked, and a couple of other things already mentioned.

I've always had a minor issue with the ' metallic ' parts of Cynder's body. Unlikely they come standard on a dragon so I always considered them as adornments myself. Sort of like the talon claws the Owls used in the Guardians movie sort of thing :D
I can hide the polys on that portion of the tail pretty easily to keep it on model with the official version, but wanted the ability to use the model sans tail blade if I wanted to, thus the modification you see.
