Another idea for a recurring villain for Captain Japan to fight.

When I first came up with Captain-Japan, I thought that he should have an evil clone of himself as one his foes, so I made "Captain-Evil" an twisted version of our hero who fights for himself and never cares for others. His origins are not known, he's willing to work for any villain, as long as he is paid (Destruction being his best customer).

He has all the same fighting skills as Jamiko and has basiclly the same weapons (including a katana called Kagenaga). The two only two things that set Evil apart from Jamiko are his more twisted sence of humor and that he has no human-form.
