This is a one-shot villain for Captain Japan to fight.

Meteor is a one-shot monster who attacks Neo-Tokyo one day. He's a giant alien who's hide is solid rock and can breath a toxic-gas from his mouth. He is quickly defeated by Captain-Japan when he slices Meteor's rock armor in half and when it was safe, CJ punches Meteor in his soft underbelly and knocks him out. Meteor was then arrested by officers from S.P.D.
