Sometimes I like to incorporate my poems into small stories, and earlier today I was thinking about poems about animals, and this came to mind. It's about a little horse who wants to play with the bigger horses, but his mother will not let him because he is too small. Eventually, Little Horse grows up and finds himself in the older horse's shoes.
