Maybe when beerus thought to go on vacation and he needed a dictator to replace him and it happens to be mario bros universe king Koopa and Koopa wanted to be the king of the universe when the conqueror of some small place so he got beerus's powers in use but I guess it's only temporarily but I doubt when beerus comes back all the earths are probably crushed and beerus send king koopa back his universe.
