the evil Echidna known as Doctor Finitevus use his knowing of time and space and so on to brack a hold into the void of nothingness and pulls Mephiles out of it

the Gem on his head keeps from in that from cause his powers was tron from him but they slowly returning

Mephiles arms did not come with him and to say the Doc made some Machine arms that fit with Mephiles
