Haha, I'm not sure! I personally enjoy drawing Vaporeon with a big tail every now and again <3 just feels cuddly! But whenever they find a home, their new owner will be allowed to do whatever they'd like with the design for the most part, even make them a new reference with a smaller tail should they choose too!
