So for some reason this modified form of ONI exists. Maybe it's to make itself look more appealing to "Death Puppy."

This mod, obviously, is based on the appearance of a cat. Its body is much smaller and many of its wires have been removed, either converted to its paws and tail or left in random access as spare 1's and 0's. These numbers are utilized as weapons and utilities; in this image, a 0 is being used to simulate a halo. NekONI is much more nimble than its base form, but sacrifices its potentially destructive mass.
