Hey, guys! Long time, no post!
I've been pretty busy as of late, what with my vacation time almost coming to a close and me trying to sell as much commissions as I can. Other than that, I've never had much time to post all my works just yet, but I will be doing this eventually for every one of them.
Anyway, I would like to present you my take on Del Walker from Gears Of War 4! This was a free headshot sketch I offered on my Twitter account, and EdgyPlatypus from Twitter won it! She requested me to draw him, simple as that. However, there was a big struggle I dealt with this guy... his hair!
Lol, it took me time to establish the right simplistic style for his hair, and for some reason it never came out the way I wanted it to. I even did a double-take on the original sketch I made and knew it wasn't just right, and then I had my husband interfere to come up with this. I still feel I could've done better, but I also feel that I wasn't getting used to drawing again so there's that. Otherwise, I'm still proud of the transformation and that I was able to draw the armor a little faster than normal. It's great to draw some Gears stuff again! But there will be more to come soon, so hope you guys look forward to them!
