Statig the dragon at work in his library.
He is a solitary dragon who greatly prefers others keep their distance while he busies himself with his scholarly pursuits.
I had fun making this stern dragon. I looked at yellow jasper to pick his colour scheme, and decided that dragonfly wings would add a bit of mysticism to his design. Enjoy!

Wow, thank you so much! I had a lot of fun experimenting with his design. I didn't want to overwhelm him with details, but I wanted him to have a couple of magical touches here and there. The background was a little more experimental. It's interesting how much you can communicate by just implying!
