Panzerfinder Fantasy NPC: Rutherford "Rusty" Spencer
Alright, so as of right now I am working a few other designs and took a break. This is a redraw of a character that was done about 119 drawings ago.
So we have "Rusty" another ex-soldier that decided to make his way out west. However directions were never his strong suit and has on multiple occasions ended up in the completely wrong place. Currently he finds himself lost in the wilderness and running low on supplies.
