Its his character and its a tigertaur which was quite fun to draw considering it has 6 limbs to keep track of not just the normal 4.
Oh his name is Skythunder or Mikael, inram-edvard, Lenig. Hes russian and something like 200-300 years old =3 Oh and hes an admiral in the Earth Star Defense Force thus the military jacket.
