Another attempt at creature design.

Everyone loves flying stingrays, so I gave them lightning powers. Stormgeists are angels, that patrol the darkened sky during a thunderstorm, seeking lost and stranded people to add to their ranks. Local superstition says that the howling wind outside your house may be the cries of the Stormgeists, beckoning you to join them.

Creature design belongs to me. But if for some reason you want to make an oc based on this thing, shoot.
