Deep in the City Of Scraps there is a daycare ran by a large Lost Plushkin by the name of Hayzel Hexbel, a Priestess of Draul. Day in and day out she captures charges and brings them back to her daycare to either adopt them to another lost or keep them as a permanent resident within her large home. On a daily basis she wipes the memory of those she keeps within the daycare to keep them from learning about her mansion and escaping as well as learning information about them without them knowing. The halls of her home have a special enchanted effect on them that make you feel small, alone, and afraid when trying to walk them without her. Hexbell is an old plushkin who still remembers the first crusades on Mylk, she does what she does because she still holds a grudge. But due to her being a caretaker she still desires to look after someone smaller than her.
