I have to say, I myself was unsure about using Boosty but unfortunately it's the only way we can pay certain artists in these times. Don't be discouraged as this payment method also still goes through Paypal but in a donation system instead. It's pretty safe and I've used it a couple of times without any real problem. <3
I've used it a surplus of times, for those that don't have their email accepted (bc for some it doesnt work), I usually am able to be the middle man & help send the commission money over. It isn't a scam & I've had my art received whenever I had to use it myself. I can absolutely promise you that ^^
I was new to Boosty but it's super easy to use! Juliy and I coordinated about projects and payment through the site, and it was just as easy as PayPal or something else. Also, when I added or changed a couple things, I just went back, and added more money, it was actually super simple! And Juliy was a pleasure to work with!
