Lyre actually has no built-in sex drive.. he was never mortal, has no need to replicate, et cetera. That being said he's not a virgin by a long shot, but he always steps back and weighs up whether or not it'll bite him on the ass later. Considering doing anything with Atiel would probably make Crosis go critical from anger, it's unlikely Lyre will try anything. Besides he probably has a bunch of women (and possibly some guys) at his beck and call already.
That being said he probably would say something like "And if you don't know what that is we can have a talk later.."

Crosis would describe himself as a hedonist. He drinks (though he's mildly snobby about it), smokes opium and hashish, and knows at least half a dozen succubi by name. He'd also argue that you need to be at least slightly drunk to deal with Lyre for more than five minutes at a go.

And from what I've seen of Lyre, I can't exactly blame him for that statement.

He holds that life is too short for bad booze. He won't go full bore booze snob in a city tavern, but he will demand that what he's having be pleasant to taste, etc.
