Third part of “The Seven Deadly Sins” series and this YCH was the most easiest to choose flower for :D
Daffodils usually are seen as a representation of rebirth and new beginnings, since it is one of the first flowers to bloom in spring. But this flower is also called Narcissus, which immediately links us to the myth of Narcissus, who became so obsessed with his own reflection in water that he drowned and the narcissus plant sprang from where he died. It does reminds of a pride, doesn’t it? The meaning I came up with is that a character grows (literally) as does their love for themselves. And together with them, the daffodils around grow taller as well. All people (furries…?) are like insects to the character now, and they keep get smaller - „worth nothing to them, to the main character”. Who knows where this unstoppable growth will lead… Perhaps they will become so large that the planet can no longer bear the weight of their narcissism
