While binge-listening to some Beatmania / DDR music, I had an idea for an abstract portrait piece inspired by both the song and background of "I Feel..." by Akira Yamaoka (known for his work on Silent Hill). I really wanted to do a more emotional approach while also including the random symbols featured in the reference (https://i.ytimg.com/vi/PHTg6LsEclE/hqdefault.jpg). Had a lot of fun doing this one, especially the fact that the source of inspiration was from a rhythm game's background (rather than a character).
