This is practically the same picture as before, just an entirely different time of year. This was taken mid summer at a much lower tide, not all the way out, but definitely exposing some of those muddy banks that I've been known to test my luck with. This spot is actually a hand-launch boat 'ramp' and I've launched my kayak from here through this often up to my knee deep sloppy tidal mud. Such fun!!!
