This little section of marsh is only accessable during the early to late spring before the water levels start to recede. Maybe you can get here on foot in the off season, but its pretty right now. I love paddling out to such places, its so easy to navigate and has such calm waters. An occasional passing beaver started my morning paddle as I set out. This was last spring on a trip out to Baker Lake WA just north of the Panorama Point boat launch and campground.
