The light you see at the end of the tunnel, is the headlight of a fast approaching train.

Really thats just the end portal as you make your way through Snoqualmie Tunnel.
This is up at Iron Horse State Park and I made it aaaaaalll the way through the tunnel.
Bring rain gear, flashlights and I brought my bike so I could cruise through cause its LONG
Its: 2.2526 miles (3.625 km) and I did it during the summer. When entering the tunnel, you are entering into total darkness and you do not see the light at the end as 1 its long, and 2, it has a gentle curve.
