This is my first OC/Ponysona, who I made back in 2015. Dark Wind has undergone quite a lot in the years since. He was meant to be the protagonist in my MLP fanfic, but I kept scrapping and rewriting it: I could never get the story past the third chapter. But with each rework, he evolved from a ball of edge and angst, into a kind dumbass. His cutie mark went from a shadow cast upon a wall (which looked ugly af), a black dagger, to finally a tree (he became sort of a ranger).
Also I used to ship him with Cloudchaser MLP, but I later made Phantom Shadow to fulfill the role of enemy turned lover.
