OK...finished my sugar cookies. these delicious little cookies are made with a simple recipe. to color them I made an icing and used food coloring to make multiple colors. (kinda obvious I know but some might have thought that i bought pre-made icing...) the sprinkles are colored sugar sprinkles. I actually finished these about two hours ago but I was waiting for the Icing to dry so I could plate them and take a picture

this particular cookie is one of the crunchy kind. For Easter I want to find a soft kind to use more of a butter based frosting with. I think for the intricate designs those will require, a simple icing will not do. Thankfully I have plenty of time to find the things i need for that.

I have to wonder how many people got I just made hungry now
