Lucy and Oscar's older brother, Garcian initially worked as an Arcane ENgineer for the Lansalian Army before a botched spell cost him his arm and use of one eye. Returning come, he was discharged .

His arm was built with the help of his brother, Garcian has taken to more freelance mercenary work. He's a good airship pilot, a crack shot, and knows a good amount of magick to use in combat and utility purposes.

garcian is a bit of goof, though, with a love of pranks, bad jokes, and annoying people close to him. Usually in good fun. He also has an eyepatch collection.
