Page is a relatively young dragon that was obtained in 1987 following a tip off from a local. This dragon was unaware of her true form and had grown up thinking she was a regular human. Her initial capture was stressful and she caused harm to both herself and several staff, setting four cars alight by mistake. She has sense calmed down and made a life at Site Y, teaching an aerobics class to other dragons. D-880 is allowed limited free access to the Site's facilities and is not to be interrogated or sent into testing cycles.

Human mothered dragons do not know they are dragons. Everyone perceives them as human. They can only see when they see another dragon. Other humans can only see a dragon if the dragon admits that they are a dragon. This can make finding dragons very hard or very easy, thanks to the dragon agents that are employed by the Organization.
