It was just a cross-process with a few high passes dropped atop them, some color imbalance applied over that, then squished between two identical textures - top on soft light - and set to hard light. :D

Gracias! XD And my hair doesn't look like that- I did that on purpose because I was getting cabin fever XD Called it the Jimmy Neutron and made mad laughs. XD
