He didn't, no. Then I decided to start doing it the way you see him now.

He looks good. Then again I may be biased. XD

Mind you, Tensik was nowhere near my thoughts when I developed the hairstyle. Maybe I should try drawing him. He's a lean lion, if I recall correctly.

*waves a hand* Even if he was, I hardly own a patent on the hairstyle, I fully expect that others used it before me and others will use it after. Heck, if you said he HAD been what you were thinking of, I would have been honored that he inspired you. :)

You're welcome to draw him if you'd like to try him for some practice. Could I try Robey if the opportunity arrises where I have some sketch time? I don't draw muscles often at all.
