Micro was my first true fursona! It's why my account name is Micro-Typhonic here on FA :)

I wanted to be a werewolf as a kid but like a Cool Werewolf + Vampire hybrid. I also wanted to be a dragon too and I can never make my mind up on anything. Just make me a shapeshifter and I'll be happy fr XD I did not know how to draw clothing very well at the time so I kept her outfit basic. Not much to say here! She was inspired by Lapfoxtrax music and furry raver music, since that's where I had first seen and learned about furries! I was like 15 years old. I drew myself as a werepyre before Micro was created, but again I didn't know about Furries until a few years later :)

Later though I didnt connect with that design and tried to make her look more like a toony suit! I was much happier with the change, brightening up her colours and giving the grey fur a cyan tint so she looked more vibrant, as well as keeping a theme of mashing 2 things into one (devil + dog, though I still saw her as a wolf)! Also gave her shorts and got rid of her top in favor of floof instead of boob haha. This design was one that I started to practice drawing different styles with; did more "realism" and started to improve on animal facial expressions in a cartoony way too!

Then I got to a point where I felt like I needed to redo her design again. I felt really solid with this new design! I based Micro on the Egyptian god Set and other Typhonic Beasts and made her a hybrid with a Jackal as well to keep more canine features in her design. Spikes added for fun since I love those, gave her 3 eyes for fun, and ditched her clothes all together. I also ditched her wings! I love wings but felt they didnt fit her character anymore. This version of Micro I popped off with testing out all sorts of drawing styles, and it really helped me out in developing the way that I draw today! This design has been a huge love of mine for a long time, but I have changed a lot over the years and it's time to change her as well once again :)

AND NOW WE GET TO THE NEWEST DESIGN!!! I have joked around to myself that Micro's full name is "Micro Wave" ((Micro(wave) works too haha)), and I'm making that official! I also felt a species change felt right. I'm making them a full on Typhonic Beast, and designed their look based on Hares and Rabbits with some inspiration from Unicorns and Lions too (Lionhead rabbits as well I guess omg)! I also kept the 3 eyes, some of the spikes on their back + neck, kept the tail the same minus the band and colours (added a fluffy base to the tail too to look a bit rabbit-like). Added a dewlap around their neck that goes into a mane and eventually the colour change to their mohawk. I went back and turned them grey, but this time with a purple tint to bring her hair, claws, and horns/spikes together! ALSO when I do a full reference (I havent finished yet!), I'll show off Micro's face markings better too, being a diamond shape over their left and right eyes, and a spade shape on their nose/mouth/chin!
LONG STORY SHORT THOUGH my family brought a Holland Lop into our lives and he's changed us all <3 I've never met a happier, sweeter animal in my life. Cats make me feel relaxed and comfortable and discovering that Rabbits make me feel secure too and not anxious was AMAZING (dogs make me anxious but I love them XD). They're my newest favorite animal, I didn't think I'd want that as part of my fursona but here I am, very sure of it <3

SO YEAH AAAH I've changed a lot and discovered a lot about myself and had to do the same for my og fursona :)
