Say whaaat? Now drawing refs of the first Neon Dragon citizens? Yeah the thing here is these guys never had a proper ref, so i changed that! Meet Mayor Orpheus, Veronika and Carter


Mayor Orpheus: Mayor and founder of Neon Dragon City, he is one of the most dangerous persons thanks that he conquered a city to make it his own, calling Neon Dragon City, he hacked and made a "Rave War" with his followers that only lasted 3 hours to conquer, his city now is the most prohibited place because Hacking, stealing and selling dangerous products is now a professional career, many says he is really smart and others says he is a really stupid mayor.


Veronika: Fashion Designer but most importantly, she is known to be one of the most famous singers of Neon Dragon City alongside with her younger brother Carter, both siblings are known as the Soundwavers, they met Orpheus in middle of the Rave War where she got hit by accident by one of the attacks of Orpheus, the mayor, who's fault was to blame, he helped her to recover and not only that, he helped her to train her voice, to able to sing and use it as a weapon too, she can scream in a way that can make his opponents cough blood (yikes!), She forgives Orpheus after literally giving her a better live and secretly fell in love with the dragon.


Carter: we all know him, we all saw him, he is a Motocross Racer and a famous singer alongside his older sister Veronika, he can grow into a macro and he also can "somehow" hypnotize people with his singing thanks to Orpheus voice training (he doesn't use it in concerts neither recording, he thinks is cheating) , he has a big collection of motorcycles he fixed (it's his hobby!) And trains himself to look better! He can't drive a car tho, and hates hot weather because it gets all sweaty and grumpier, that's why he prefers to live in NDC, cozy yet cold place, he become pretty recognized thanks to his friend the mayor, when he met him, he became a bit overprotective with his older sister, even thought he got quite the help, he still doesn't trust too much thanks to the rave war incident, he thinks his sister, can have a better man, yes Orpheus might be a good friend, but family is more important for him and she is the only one he has.
