For those who are wondering about the story and lore of Redblur in Dragon Ball, here is what you need to know, Redblur was planning on going to world Dragon Quest but after getting kicked in his "balls" for calling a girl a man, he messes up the portal. He accidentally fell in and found himself in the world of Dragon Ball where he has no clue how anything works in this universe. Worse of all his tail broke which was the only way to travel across universes, so he was stuck in this world for a while. But he soon learns about the seven magical orbs that can grab you anything you want. Redblur knows that not understanding (or telling) girls got him into this mess, so maybe he can make a wish can solve his problem. After asking Shenron to help him be "successful with girls" his wish got granted, but not the way he wanted. Upon meeting Bulma and Chi-Chi for the first time they fell hard for Redblur, drag him to the Hyperbolic Time Chamber, and have plenty of snu snu. Even after they got out Bulma and Chi-Chi have some fun with Redblur whether he wants to or not. What makes things worse six more girls fall in love with him before he can wish himself back to normal. Eventually, Redblur's tail healed and went straight home for 100 years. But until then he "adopted" the son of Goku and the "student" of Vegeta.
