Ok, I've deleted the teeth for now as I'm not happy with how they look and will pick those back up at a later date. They're not going to need any Zbrush work anyway, so useless to bring them in at this time. ( Like the eyes, I'm going to do those in XSI also )
This is the current state of the model. Screen cap from Zbrush is all. The horns have shifted on me a bit when I subdivided it so I'll have to fix those. I may have to break the horns up into separate objects in order to place them properly, but will cross that bridge when I get to it.

Yes, the original model is available out there as a .blend file.
It was a total mess topology wise which is why I ended up rebuilding it in Softimage. In its original state, there were at least 2-3 meshes all trying to co-exist in the same space at the same time. Some of the normals faced one way, some the other. Ugh. It was a complete nightmare actually lol.
