Diamond Dust is a bit of an unknown hero in her world, though she has a lot of eagerness to prove herself to the older and more experienced heros of the world. Despite being new, she is very athletic and adept at getting out of danger. Still, given time, she would be more then capible of fighting even some top tier villians. Okay, maybe that's a bit optimistic, but still.
