You're welcome! I can imagine he follows people around and helps light their way at night. Kinda like Navi from Zelda, but less nosey X3
I imagine they pop out at night and help people who are walking home from campus or something, kind of like those blue lights that denote call boxes for campus security that always have to be in view of another one. But they follow you to make sure you get home safely! And they zap people who try to get too close and stuff :3
