I actually cried at the end of the movie, after all the girl had been through. It was also one of the few movies where the violence was actually shocking to me- and I've watched a lot of violent movies in the past.
On a separate note, your art is amazing. such a rich use of vibrant colour and excellent brushwork makes this a very striking, wonderful artwork.
