Pangoro's Sumo Shenanigans ft. Electrike
It looks like Pangoro is teaching Electrike all about Sumo. "Uh, Pangoro? Is this really neccessary?"
said Electrike nervously. Pangoro replied, "Well, little buddy, the area we're on is the Sumo Ring.
We'll just go over the basics of Sumo, starting with squats. First, you get into position, spread your
legs apart, bend your knees and lower your butt towards the ground. Put your hands on your knees,
raise your leg up and then plant your foot on the ground. Now, do the same thing with your other leg.
That'll get your muscles going." Pangoro grinned as he shows Electrike how to do a Sumo squat.
Electrike blushes as he lowered himself into a squatting position to the point where his butt is
almost touching the ground, spreading his legs apart, bending his knees, putting his hands on
his knees, and tries to lift up his leg and plants his foot down and does the same thing with his
other leg. What Electrike didn't notice that Pangoro is plotting to surprise him with his butt slam
attack while he's not looking. "Electrike, there's more about Sumo than that." said Pangoro.
"Like what...?" said Electrike, and he found out Pangoro had left. "Huh? Where did you go?"
And then, Pangoro's chance had come! Pangoro squatted down, jumped really high and used
Body Slam on Electrike! "Uh-oh..." gulped Electrike as Pangoro makes a spectacular butt slam
right on top of Electrike, causing a quake on impact!
Pangoro enjoyed that moment of grinding his butt on the ground, smothering Electrike
underneath. Electrike tried to lift Pangoro up from underneath, but the big panda Pokemorph
proves to be too much for him due to his size and weight. "Geez! What was that for?!"
Electrike shouted as he is struggling to lift Pangoro up from under his butt. "Well, that was
part of Sumo training! You've gotta build up some muscles if you're planning on taking on
the Gym Challenge. And for your information, I am one of the Pokemorphs associated with
Bea, one of the Gym Leaders of the Galar region." said Pangoro. "Aw, man. Now you tell me..."
said Electrike as he still struggling to lift up Pangoro's butt with his arms, which turns out to be
one of the exercises involves lifting and strength training to improve Attack and Defense, as
Pangoro exercises with squat thrusts with Electrike trying to lift him up from under his butt.
