Peel the potato and put them into bowl of water After that boil potato until it soft and then mix it with milk so its smell and taste milky X3

Usual mince meat, salt, pepper, and secret seasoning ;3

First layer a thin mashed milk potato
Second layer minced meat
Third layer peas and carrot
Forth layer the rest of mashed potato
Finally on the top cheddar cheese X3
