I took advantage of an YCH from 
kontricon to finally make a character I had in mind for so long.
He's a ghost Eevee, not limited by the system anymore, he can shapeshift into a ghost form of any of the other eeveelutions, and his corrupted 4th move allow him to use any of the moves that his current shape could have.
