This is Oneda the Experiment, a young girl that has had her humanity stripped from her, in order to make her role as that of a weapon. She was kidnapped by an evil scientific organization under the command of Alter, the devil of Neo-Mobius, and was spliced with the DNA of monsters. Her memory was wiped, and so her previous life is a blur to her. She was experimented on again and again, and this turned out to be the result. She was given the ID number 001, and was set to be one of the most powerful weapons that the organization could create.

This was, until, a young scientist that had just joined the organization by force. When he was given the task to complete Oneda's creation, he managed to change things. The one in charge had gotten so confident, that he revealed to the younger scientist what she was before. The young scientist was appalled at this, and decided to complete Oneda, but by giving her back what was taken from her. Unfortunately, he couldn't give her back her human form, but he did give her back her memories. When the young scientist set her free, Oneda was so enraged, that her powers as this new creation began to flow. She went around the lab, attacking the lab's attendants and machines, basically destroying the place like nobody's business. After the fury was done being unleashed, the lab had been taken out, and Oneda, herself, went unconscious. The young scientist did survive, and he took Oneda out and brought her away from this lab.

Oneda woke up, finding herself in a cave, and was being watched over by the young scientist. When she finally got a look at her reflection, she realized what she was now, and became very upset. The young scientist did his best to try and keep her feeling happy and loved, even though her new body was that of a monster. She feared ever being around others, because she was sure that they would all fear her, and never want to be friends with her again, even though this scientist promised to be her friend regardless.

At one point, Trisha Gunner found the remains of the lab, and later, located Oneda. Trisha wanted to help Oneda, so she managed to get Oneda her own home in the Royal Special Forces base. Trisha managed to get Oneda to join the R.S.F., and now she assists with the faction's missions. As she went on missions every here and there, Oneda began to feel more and more welcome as an R.S.F. agent, and became more and more accepting of her new life.

This doesn't stop Oneda from having her moments of depression, but she is still being taken care of by the young scientist.

Oneda is nice, and a good person, but because of the experimentation her creators put her through, some of the monster DNA causes her to be a bit easy to anger. She has a hard time controlling her anger at times. She does want to have friends, and wants to help, but fears the reactions others may have to the sight of her. Even though she may look like a ferocious beast on the outside, she is really nice and caring, and will be happy to be a friend to those that show her kindness and don't judge her.
