Nope! He's fully grounded. His only superpower is invulnerability. That was my goal with him, to give him a single superpower with very finite applications, forcing him to work the hardest of any of the heroes of Beacon City to overcome those limitations and keep up with the other more skilled or more powerful heroes, and because of that, he's the number one hero of the city.
