I can answer your question Lumen about how Rel's belt 2nd stays up, It has to do with her tail and how loose its set too. Got a gf on artstation whose got at Iguana-sona who wears 2 metal-gothic belts and their tail acts as a preventing block to prevent the belt from coming off.
