I dunno, I guess a lot artists feel that way about their art. (Myself included!)
But I don't think you're stagnating one bit, myself. Everything you do always impresses me and I can honestly say you're one of my favorite artists.
Which makes me quite happy that I have a badge from you. :D

I can still see a smidge of improvement. I wish you did have more time for art. You're so good at it. But I find myself in that situation sometimes too, although I do submit frequently. I just wanna be able to post something super polished and nice I guess. x(
